that is a great combination! I will try it in a future garden.

In my garden, I have combined Aruncus in a bed with hemlock trees, snow-on-the mountain, and cranberry colored rhododendrons.

Aruncus will look ok in the fall if dead-headed and watered; otherwise, it dies to the ground not returning til spring. Astilbe on steroids?
