Heliconia .. can you help me?

Victoria, TX(Zone 9b)

I'm looking for one.. it's not for me, it's for a friend ...

HELP :) Respond here, email me, anything .. while I realize it's freezing cold for mailing, I'm willing to be patient ... I'm up for a good game of "let's make a deal".

Thanks,
-Jennifer

Hi Jen, I have one, but it is dormant right now. Email me if you are interested.

Cape Coral, FL(Zone 10a)

I've got three that are still gamely trying to bloom right through this awful cold! EMail me if you want, I'll soon be cutting them back and digging up a bit of the 'spread' as they tend to try to take over the world down here in SW Fl!

Norwalk, IA(Zone 5b)

tweet which variety do you have?

Cape Coral, FL(Zone 10a)

To tell you the truth, I don't know what variety they are. Two were supposed to remain small - though I'm not sure they realize this! They average a height of 2'. The other's your basic: 3' or more... all blooms start out shades of orange and fade over several weeks to yellow with red tips. This last weekend's frost finally browned their leave tips, but all are still gamely putting up new shoots - I tell you, these guys are unstoppable in zone 10!
