Good morning everyone!!
I started the day out with a bang! I actually had a sitdown breakast before my morning coffee.... I felt so good about forcing myself to do that.
I usually program the cofee maker to automatically make the coffee in the morning, and at 6:07 I get up run downstairs and get a cup, once I have my coffee, I have no stomach for breakfast. This morning I got down before the coffee was made, and decided to just sit down and have some cereal. it sure worked well, so I think I will forgo programming the coffee maker, and just make it in the mornin and while it is brewing, I will have breakfast.
I did really really well this weekend, and am hopefull that the coming week will go well too.
I am going to definately try going to water aerobics every day, and maybe walking at noon.
And let's not forget our water.
