" Chicken Cawthorn"

6-8 chicken breasts or tights
1/2 stick butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth minced garlic, to taste
1 onion, chopped
2 fresh tomatoes, quartered
Salt chicken lighty. Melt butter in skillet and brown chicken. Mix well and canned soups with garlic and onion. Add soup mixture to the drippings once the chicken has been removed. Saute 5 minute and add the chicken. Cover and cook slwoly until almost done. Add the tomaotes and finish cooking. Serve over rice. Delicous with fruit salad. Serve 4-6
