" Chili with Beans"

3 large onions,chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 can Rotel extra hot diced tomatoes
1- 8 ounce can tomato sauce
3 cans Blue Runner red beans(cream style,Creole)
4 pounds ground chucks
5 teaspoons Mexene chili powder
1 cup diced celery
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Salt to taste
Red pepper to taste
brown onions,bell peppers and garlic in skillet.
Add Rotel tomato sauce.
In large separate pot, brown meat.
Add onions, bell peppers and garlic from skillet.
Add sugar, chili powder, salt and pepper and beans.
let simmer over medium heat for three hours.
Serve in bowl with cracker or corn chips.
Serves 12.
