She was having trouble getting her computer hooked up to the server. They were putting her off. Until a few days ago, she could still go to the old place and use the computer, but now they are completely moved, I believe. Must still be waiting on the phone co. or whoever she is connecting with.

pret no more Liz & Kell, am back to join the night owl group again :).

thank Waterloolily & Brugie. a new computer and with the aid of dsl, i should be cookin' once again. i missed being online for a long time. there's a lot of catching up.

am all settled in the new place. i have ordered some compost and decomposted steer manure by the truck load. i have not done any planting as yet. a lot of original plants need to be group together 1st, cause most of them are desert loving plant... does not require too much attention nor watering. i would not want to mix them with water loving plants. eventually when the weather gets warmer in the morning, i will be able to tackle some gardening job.

it's been nice and warm lately, but not early in the morning. today is such a beautiful day, in the upper 70ish. hopefully, i can work on the ground soon :)!

Hi Ma Vie........I knew you would come out to play if I posted! I just love your new house. All that room to plant.....you will go broke! looks like a little compost is needed in the back dirt. think of all the fun you are going to have!

High Desert, CA(Zone 8a)

Good morning Kelley! i sure do have plenty of room, but merely looking at what i have to do get me so tired already. all i have to do is do the work, it would seem like it would be another warm day today, nice to work out and play in the yard and do some planting. i wonder if it is safe to be planting the brugs on the ground. nah ahh! i guess not, Feb. thru April will be the worst months here cause the temperature is liable to get more colder.

in all the nearly 5 yrs. i've lived in Hesperia, i still can not figure out the temperature cause there is no contancy in weather. Mother Nature sure is so pickle minded.

U must have given the lucky charm to post, cause the dsl finally got hooked up as u posted. thanks Kelley, u're a dear friend :)!

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

High Desert, CA(Zone 8a)
