Well, just got my catalog from them for this year and guess what??????? They are selling my Blush brug for 9.95 a cutting. Their pic wasn't as good as mine but it does look okay. But if you want one, let me know in the spring. Mine are rooting up really nice right now. I have my heater set for about 50 degrees in the greenhouse right now and everything is looking okay(even the begonias), but when the temps drop down to 16 tomorrow night, I might have to raise it a little. Gas has gotten outrageous this year. My supplier was really surprised when he found out from the delivery guy that I was heating a greenhouse. Seems only people who heat their homes are allowed to get upset about late deliveries. LOL, he obviously doesn't know very many BRUG ADDICTS. The delivery guy told him he should drive out and take a look in my greenhouse sometime, then he would be a little more understanding about my short reply to his delivering when he got around to it. Okay enough complaining for one day, lol, hope everyone is keeping warm out there.

Is it really going to get that cold there? I cant believe it, I always thought Georgia had a climate similiar to Florida's. try to stay warm and keep the greenhouse temps up so you dont loose any of your babies.
and by the way, happy birthday, hope you have a fun filled day in your greenhouse....(that would be the perfect day for me anyway.)
cheers!!!
pebble, it was 18° in Newnan this morning, and she's a little north of me. My toes haven't warmed up in days. They are saying snow, but north of me, thank heavens:) the state shuts down if they even mention the word. We have cold winters!
Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow. NOT
Jackie the Blush you sent me is doing great in my basement. I also saw where it was in a catalogue. In one catalogue they had brugs in a 3 inch pot for $8.95.
It's bone chilling cold when it gets below 20 here in Ga.
This is our coldest weather this year. Ready for some humidity that we were complaining about back in August.

yes pebble, 22 predicted for friday night. when i lived in atlanta one winter i was about the only person to show up for work...everyone else called in and they sent the big trucks out for those they really needed. two winters ago it stayed between 15 and less than 45 degrees for 7 days. my bones are frozen now. no warmth here this winter.
happy birthday, Jackie. so, how did it feel to see your brug in a brochure? i can't imagine.....
Where can I see a pic of Blush. I still think Cherokee is the most beautiful brug ever, wish we could find out the parents. Looks like a friend, we all know, hybridized it???
I'm almost positive that Cherokee is on the abads site with vicki's name under it. Not sure if she just named it or hybridized it.
It says Cherokee is a Harding Hybrid named after her Indian heritage or something like that. No picture there though.
i'm thinking cherokee was like Mr Roberts, she send out seeds already named. don't i remember that about Mr. Roberts?
Hibiscus sent me a photo for our gallery and I lost it :( whaaaaaa
You guys ,22 was the high here today......-2 this am

think I'm going to have to sneak up to Jackies house and snitch a piece!
It's snowing here now - and sticking to the ground even! First snow of the year. I hope it will be followed by rain so we can drive tomorrow. I hope my brugs that got left in the ground will survive the winter.
