Looks like it's going to be a nice "big, fat" one, keep us posted!

Kristi, if you want more than one picture in your first post, or other posts, you will have to put them together before you post and save the new picture into your computer. I use Irfanview. It is a free download and easy to use.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

or you can post them one under the other, like above.

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

I like the one under another kinds of post and then the pictures are still big enough to look at and REALLY enjoy. Sometimes when you put several together it takes away from them. JMHO............

Edited to ask....is this a double? It sure is fat enough to be one.

Kristi - did it open yet??

Medford, NJ(Zone 6b)

Yep- she opened late last night. Appears to be a light yellow, VERY fragrant- not sure if it was worth the two year wait *sigh* but I'm glad it bloomed.

Hey Ronna, must not be the same one, huh?

First photo- taken last night

This mornings bloom. Seems to be a little beat up from the heat blowing on it all night. The cats knocked off my vent cover.

The bottom of the bloom. Looks like a starfish.

Kristi, since it's been in slow motion, maybe it'll still have a color change. i do like the shape.

Newnan, GA(Zone 8a)

and remember, monika says to wait two or three flushes to tell true color and shape.

Bodrum, Turkey(Zone 10a)

Kristi, well your patience has paid off, it is a nice one.

Tulsa, OK(Zone 6b)

Nope, Kristi, I guess it isn't. It's really pretty, I like it. Pale yellow and VERY fragrant, what's not to like? I hope that it blooms again as soon as it's warm enough to go outside, so that you can see if that is its true color. I wasn't at home when mine opened, it was probably 2 in the morning when I checked it, and it was already white by then.

Kristi, it looks great. I love the shot looking up into the flower.

Lappeenranta, Finland(Zone 3a)

looking good!
how long one flower stay?

Lima, OH(Zone 5a)

Hang onto it, through a couple more bloomings, look how Cherokee turned out for me, everyone gave it away, or lost it, it had a beautiful bloom for me, I am sure taking good care of it!

Westbrook, ME(Zone 5a)

It does have a nice shape. I love the long tendrils.

Vancleave, MS(Zone 8b)

I'm with Poppy. I love long tendrils.

Brugvalley, Germany(Zone 7b)

Looks nice this flower.

Mitjo a brugflower longs about 5-9 days. As cooler it is as longer the flower will long.

My Kristi's White flower lasted 23 nights. My sister has a bloom on hers right now that has lasted 20 nights, so far! I hope that one of them blooms right away this summer so that we can find out how long they will last in regular weather.
