NEWBIE FROM S.E. OHIO

Hi Everyone! I'm new to this site and a new subscriber, so far I love it. Although I'm not new to gardening hubby and I just built a small greenhouse (12X12) and I don't know a thing about growing in a greenhouse so I need lots of help, haven't figured out how to navigate the site yet either. I'll post pictures of our greenhouse as soon as I learn how, in case anyone wants to look and offer suggestions.

Hi Darleen! I love Dave's Garden, don't think I could have done as well with my greenhouse this year if I hadn't found it, I'm new to greenhouse growing this year. I have pictures of my greenhouse posted on the greenhouse forun, going to add more soon, when my impatiens get a little bigger and maybe start to bloom. Nice to meet you! Have you tried the chat room yet? About all I can do is sit and watch, make a comment once in a while!LOL

Welcome btailoring. We are not strangers, only friends you haven't met yet. I look forward to meeting you in the forums. I just acquired the use of a greenhouse too and will need advice as I begin to use it.

As for being addicted, already am!:) I spend hours on here reading, mostly in chat I just read and try to keep up!LOL
RR- how do you know when the next chat is? Is there a way to tell ahead of time, I always just check the site every day!
Bad- I was reading the RU forum today, you're idea about riding in a vehicle is about the same as mine, 3 hours is my limit! I don't make a very good traveler!:)Wonder if we could organize an Ohio RU, I can get anywhere in Ohio in about 3 hours!

Chat's every Tuesday night, 7-10pm EST, and every Thursday morning...I think that's 7-10am EST? I'm a nightowl, so I'm never up for that one, LOL. Dave posts a countdown box on the right sidebar of the site the day of the Tuesday chat.

LOL B! I am not much for driving and even worse as a passenger! LOL I am working on it though and I do force myself to take road trips. I actually made it to Knoxville and Crossville, TN last year. I may never be the same, but I made it!!! OH, and I made it alone with my five little girls. They were 6 months, 2,4,6 and 8 at the time. How is that for scary?? :) And mystic and her daughter were in front of me or behind me almost the whole trip. I guess there is hope.

Thanks for the Birthday greeting Gardenwife-I appreciate it. Haven't been on chat for a couple weeks, took a full time job at a wholesale flower grower about 3 miles from home (we sell to the flower shops) and haven't had time to do anything since! -Also have had the Blaster Worm, just got my computer straightened up yesterday!
