attention evryone waiting on sassafrass trees

i went to my mother in lsws today but it was just too cold to dig them. it will probably be a week to 10 days before the weather breaks. we are having unusally cold temps for this time of year. i will let you all know when i get them dug. janet

Can you let me know about this...I would love to have one of these if they can survive in zone 6 Tennessee. My daughter's nicname is sassifras..( mommy gave it to her )
