Looking for Artichoke

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

Anyone have any extra "Imperial Star" artichoke seeds they want to trade?

Also I love that purple fountian grass, can it be started by seed or only division?Anyone have any of that?

And I see in the catalogs a purple millet, very pricey, has anyone grown it?Does it grow just like regular millet?

I have lots of seeds, some I just got, tell me what you're looking for......

crestedchick,
I have some artichoke imperial star seed I will be starting for the store. I may have some extra, can only let you know after I sow what I need. As for pennisetum rubrum, can be done by cuttings or division, I've got some as well. As for millet, it's brand new, I will be trying that one this year as well. It should grow just like regular millet. I have seen it and it looks just like millet, only that beautiful color! So, let's talk trades later in the spring, I also have more of that phormium you liked so much last year.

crestedchick-
We have them here 'Imperial Star-Arty' at my 'Favorite Place-Nichol's Garden Seeds Nursery'. It's only 10 minutes away.

They are.....20 Seeds for $2.75.
or..............100 Seeds for $9.65.

If your still looking...I go over to Nichol's about once a week. It would be no Problem to get them for you. Just as long as you send the moolah$$$$$$$. Can you tell ZZ has been stung before. You know what they say....Money Talks! If you see other things that you may want there that is OK too. But once again, I repeat....Send the Money Please.

ZZ.
