here are some low cal rice cake variations.
1 tbsp low fat cream cheese
1 tbsp Green Olive Tapanade
1 rice cake
Spread the cream cheese and add tapanade on top
Yummy for us olive lovers and about 100 calories
Tapanade is an olive/garlic spread if you are not familiar with it.
A variation of Cream cheese and lox on a bagel
1 rice cake
1 tbsp of low fat cream cheese
1 oz lox or salmon bits
1 tomatoe slice
sliced or diced red onion
Also about 100 calories
rice cake ala mexicali....
a tablespoon of cream cheese = 30 calories
and 1 tablespoon of salsa! = 20 calories
sounds weird but its delicious
tostada rice cake
Spread a tablespoon of refried veggi beans, some low fat cheddar cheese shredded with some shredded lettuce and maybe tomatoes cubed...it is great snack too :)
