Larry, sounds like a good life and a good age. i have cuttings that have been outside all winter also. so far so good. did cover some stuff saturday, but the cuttings i didn't get covered were i guess in the right place cause they are just fine too.

Vancleave, MS(Zone 8b)

Hi Larry great to see you back. I was wondering what had happened to you.

city?? lol sticks, AR(Zone 7a)

wow 5 litters??? lolol Ill trade you newspaper for cuttings lolololol Cheryl

Larry, your prayes helped a lot. Thanks! :)
27 degrees? Yep, they are fairly hardy. They was those Brugs that did the best here. Together with Erics versicolor crosses your plants only had to be topped a bit and that is good going when you consider that they sometimes was exposed to 21*F. I have given a lot of thought to hybridize for a goal such as "vacation Brugs" and if you will allow me to use your seedlings here they will be evident to use on account of their coldhardiness.
Congrats on the pups (if I dare say so) *lol* I know the work waiting ahead of you now. 5 litters, so there will be plenty to do. The lady that gave us Snui (new pup) only had one litter, but she said she would never do it again with all the work and stuff. *lol* Is it still dachshounds?
