I get this 'NEW START' health tip.
Now post here to share with you.
N=nutrition
E=exercise
W=water
S=sunshine
T=temperence
A=air
R=rest
T=trust in the devast(spelling?) Power
The host says if one can read out
and follow the regulations,
he will owe health.
