Ride-on mower question...what should I buy?

Is this even the right forum? I'm in the landscape maintenance business, and I have 4-5 acres to cut per week. I have decided on a ride on mower, as opposed to walk behind. I need a really nice cut w/o clumps. A 'professional' cut. I've looked at one called Walker, and also the John Deere LX288 with 48" deck.
I frequently must cut wet grass, there are light hills, some uneven spots.....and I am useless when it comes to fixing machines. Anyone have ideas what I should get?
