What a Great shot of a Bloom.
There'll be better ones yet.
Beautiful...now I'm off to research it!
I really like the name ;)
They also come with very dark bronze leaves, almost black.
Is this in a pot?and is the bronze leaf one yellow flowering?Sure looks jadelike.
This one is in a pot. The bronze ones weren't flowering when I last saw them. The yellow might be a bit darker on those. They are here and there in the neighborhood; just have to find them again.
I just came across a website full of Aeonii, http://www.malkmus.de/plants/aeonium/aeonium_aichryson_greenovia.htm
I no longer have any idea what species mine belongs to. :~(
Lurk.Nice link!
I found the dark-leaved ones in the neighborhood again; they are A. arboreum, var. atropurpureum.

I have Tubiflorum, another nice link,Mine has never bloomed,:(
Hello Dear ,
The blooming plant must be or A.arboreum domesticum from Morocco or the A. arboreum v. holochrysum from Tenerife (Canary Islands.
Even the two other pictures are , in my oppinion, two different plants the upper one should be in my eys the A. arboreum Cv atropurpureum fa. nigrum and the lower one should be A. arboreum Cv. atropurpureum. The difference is in the leaf colour. I can be misssing as I don't know at what period the picture of the lower one has been taken as the fa. nigrum in winter has leaves as clear as the atropurpureum.
Greetings,
Albert / Belgium
P.S. I have in collection about 17 different species of the genus Aeonium
