Ok, we're having a game night at our house in a couple of weeks and I'd like to try out some chili recipies. What's your favorite? I'd prefer to make it in a crock pot, but I'll try anything that is delicious, spicy and thick.

As for what I'm looking for...It's ok if my nose runs when I eat it, but I'd rather not have to drink 3 gallons of ice water with each spoonful. That help define what I'm looking for? :)
