Funny Greetings

Brugvalley, Germany(Zone 7b)

Today will be yesterday, tommorrow.

Best greetings to my friends in 2002,lol.
We already have 2003. We took champagne and walked to a hill and watched the firework. It was great.
Funny thought that you will celebrate it in some hours again.

Happy New Year to everyone!!! We slept through it. I am very claustraphobic and had to be heavily drugged yesterday to have the MRI's taken. I was only going to sleep for a while and DH was supposed to wake me up so we could do something. Welllllllll he fell asleep too!!! LOLOL!!!!!

North Vancouver, BC(Zone 8b)

Happy New Year everyone! Best brug wishes to all of you!

Panhandle, FL(Zone 8a)

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

Happy New Year to you all. I was able to stay awake, but five minutes after the clock hit 12:00, I was gone. Didn't wake up until 9:30 this morning. Guess that is a good way to celebrate the new year. Hope you all had a great time and that all of our friends at Daves are safe and sound.

Bowie, AZ(Zone 8B)

Happy New Year to all. Wishing you happiness, prosperity,
and whatever means the most to you, for 2003!

DonnaB, i hope you get results on your test. i emphathize.... in 1992 i had to have one, made my sis drive me to a place that was "larger" 1 1/2 hours away instead of down the street. she stood where i could see her in the mirrors, i was sedated, listened to moody blues. guess it's too late for me to think about growing up now, lol.

Ludger, what is the name of that brug, please?

Vancleave, MS(Zone 8b)

This was supposed to be the new open one but it made no difference last week when I went. The sides are open but it still feels like being in a coffin. As soon as they put the manacle around my neck that was the end of it. Let me up now!!!. DH came this time and held my hand and talked to me. He said I was snoring but I remember him telling me not to squeeze his hand so tight and to relax. LOLOL.

Arlene,
it´s a Charles Grimaldi.
I have had a good new years day: Sleeping long, having a coffee in GH while I phoned Monika. We discussed and thought about some pollinations we will do this year.
We have great plans,lol.
Then I went to work in restaurant, was good too. Much nice people came for dinner.
Now I am back home.

Donna, hope you are doing better. I have had a lot of MRI's in my life with my bad back and hips. No fun and like you, I feel like I'm going to go nuts inside that tube. They always have to give me a panic button because when I have to get out, it is right now!! Hope I never have to go in that thing again. We have the newer version now with the open sides, but if it doesn't help you, I'm sure it wouldn't help me either. Guess maybe I'd ask to be put out so I didn't have to listen to the noise and feel like I was being buried alive. Take care....

S,
The open MRI's are great...around here they charge more for the open MRI but it is well worth the extra cost.

Happy New Year everyone!
Colie

Glory, we have only one open MRI machine in the state now and I'll bet it has a waiting list longer than I would care to wait on. Hopefully I won't have to get in that machine for a long time, if ever. Was a nervous wreck thinking about having the bone density test done, but that one was a whiz compared to the MRI.

Donna, i know what you mean. the first one i went for was at a center i was affiliated with, the group i worked for read the films.... knew all the people. how embarrassing, i sat on the table and started to lay down and got up and left....and here they are running to 11 cause they are so busy.
Ludger, thanks for info, flowers look different in pics sometimes. i'm glad you had a good new years. didn't see party hat photos though....
Colie, nice to see you. please email me when you are ready for brugs!
TO ALL: Colie is a great trader, some of the healthiest plants i ever traded for.

Now brugie i could have told you that bone denisty is a breeze, and all you ladies over 40 who haven't had one please do!!! i had my first at age 40-41, and was below the threshold fracture already.... doc told me not to trip....gardeners do not need to have compression fractures in their spines or broken wrists!!!

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

I should have asked you Arlene. Didn't even cross my feeble mind. Told you I have brain freeze. My test came out great. No signs of any problems, but I will keep up my calcium intake as much as I can anyway.

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

glad to hear it ms brugie. actually gardening is supposed to be good for preventing osteoporosis, but i just figure if i had it at 40 about anyone could.

Arlene,I didn't know that you had been so sick-
Hon,you are in my thoughts & prayers.
I only have one brug.now-so,I will be wanting to trade for more this spring.Hopely,I will be able & have my heart into gardening again, this spring.Everyone here has been so nice to me-I really appreciate it-this has been a very hard time for me.
Love & hugs to you dear heart.
Colie
P.S.Thank you for your kind words-you are a doll!
