My bush is planted out but seems to need more water .. I live in zone 9b it has not been damaged by my weather It does bloom but not much I have eaten its fruit (fair taste) . I thought it was a brush nut . Ed Brandon FL eamusg@quixnet.net

Bought mine last year and the plant is thriving. I live in zone 10b and the plant seems to like the environment. I can't wait to get some fruit. Not sure if Babuska477 still needs some of these but I found mine here in Thousand Oaks at budgetplants.com not sure if they delivery to AZ or not. You'll have to check on that yourself.
