Need help with kittens please!!!

I am a big time cat lover but am getting to the end of my rope with my 3 indoor kittens. I have had 2 of them since birth from my momma kitty and one from 6 weeks old. They are all about 6 months old now. Up until about a week ago they were fine and acceptibally (sp?) bad!! Now they are getting into EVERYTHING... They never used to get on counters now they all do, same with kitchen table and coffee table. Any suggestions??? Hubby even caught one of em by putting duct tape on the counter!! Poor baby. I have 4 outside cats, that they could go out with, but they have NEVER been outside before and I'm scared. I just can't continue to let my house get tore up like this. I come home everything is knocked off tables and counters things broken etc.... IS there anything anyone can suggest for making them behave (we work 10 hours a day) or should I just make em go outside with the others???
