Prime rib question

My house is the Christmas gathering place every year and I try to come up with something different and exciting. This year I asked everyone if they would like to have Prime Rib. The consensus was YES..but of course I have to make it and come up with all the rest of the accompaniments. There are about 20 of us and several of them are very picky eaters.

I would love to have a sure fire recipe for cooking the Prime Rib. I will have to cook some Med. Rare and Medium. Can you also help with some ideas on what to serve with it..other than baked potato and green salad.

I have been trying to be so creative all these years and I think I am just burnt out of new ideas.
