Notmartha, congratulations on the new granddaughter. I will advise AGAINST spoiling her. I remember how I hated when my mother said yes to something when we had said no. Or gave the children something to eat that they were allergic to because she didn't believe me about the allergy. And remember that this child just may come to live with you for periods of time.
Mary, congratulations on the new computer. The one we have now is so much faster than the one before it. And Shad's is so much faster than it. Improvements and advances in the technology of the electronics of our world move so fast it is hard to keep up with them. Have you gotten a cordless mouse or trackball yet? We love them!
I took Shad to his mom last night. We all ate out, then went to K.C.'s Crown Center to do some window and Christmas shopping. I got home about midnight. It was perfect driving weather dispite a forcast for rain. I guess he'll be there until Sunday afternoon. He has BS popcorn to deliver while there.
Today I get to call all the pharmacies in town again and tell them I found my purse at my friend's house. I had left it there the night before but didn't know that until noon or so. Just knew I couldn't find it. I had some new prescriptions for narcotic pain killers and a sleeping pill in it as well as my Medicaid card. Those aren't things that should fall into someone else's hands. I called every pharmacy in town and told them to be on the look out and not to fill the prescriptions.
Jack turns 67 today. I think we'll go out for lunch and maybe do some Christmas shopping. Don't have much left to do. I do need to get some fudge made and send to one grandson. That is all he wants for Christmas.
GOD bless and keep each and all of you.
