From one of my posts about Lionel, MarciaGeiger decided to email me and tell me about the catnip snakes she makes. Knowing how much Lionel loves his catnip, and hearing her tales about how much Casey loves her snakes, I decided that not only did Lionel need one, but they would make great gifts for the other kitty friends in my life. Well, the package arrived today. And as soon as I slit the tape on the box, Lionel was riveted! He was literally bouncing around waiting for me to unpack them. There were six, very nicely packaged in plastic bags (three each) and wrapped in tissue paper. Wellll, the tissue paper was history in seconds, and he attacked the plastic trying to get to them. Out of the pack I decided it was OK for him to unwrap (like a greedy four-year-old on Christmas) he first chose the "snake skin" one, and practically chewed the tongue off its head, then settled on the red one. Then he lay around them in bliss for a bit and looked at the other package. To be continued.......
