Sbarr do not despair the new year is nearly here and I am sure that we will all get a lift then. I think that one of the things to help you with your eating habits whiolst travelling is to take plenty of fluids with you and if possible take along some health snacks or foods you could make before hand and put in a tupperware etc. Iknow it is alot of hassle but organisation is everything when trying to plan a healthy eating plan. Do stick with us and do not be afraid to have a moan if you feel you need to. The purpose of us all being here is to support one another and never to preach about what you must be doing. Im sure some of the others will have some good advice for you too.
If it comes to having a good moan then I would probably take the prize. I am continuing to grow in strength. I am much better today and I weighed myself this morning. I have lost 4 lbs!!! so come on everybody send in your weights.
