Great job on getting some seeds growing!
I am pretty sure what you have there is Cereus hildmannianus ssp. uruguayanus seedlings.
Cereus repandus has very often been mistakenly confused with Cereus hildmannianus and other Cereus's. Mostly because they are all lumped under the same Common name 'Peruvian Apple'. And also because the Cereus repandus epithet was mistakenly misapplied to Cereus hildmannianus in a major publication a few deacades ago.

The only minor difference I see is the amount of fuzz and the length of the spines, which can be accounted for by the amount of sunlight and water they are recieving. The more sunlight and less water, the more spines and fuzz.
