I got a new job and don't have time to think about eating so I have oatmeal for breakfast before I run off to work...I never used to eat breakfast... and don't eat again until I get off at 8 pm or 9 pm. This has worked for me. Of course, if I weren't so busy and weren't working so many hours, I wouldn't be losing so fast. I go into starvation mode really easy so didn't think I would actually lose!! I am tickled pink at my progress.
