Rhipsalidopsis gaertneri ......Easter Cactus

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

I have one,its stuffed somewhere in the GH,It got neglected this summer(and now too) so it didn't look good, let me look for it and see if its still alive.....

Ok CC

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

Found it,Is this what you're looking for?
I don't have a picture of the blooms, the funny part was that the silly thing had bloomed over the summer, aside from this past spring's bloom and it still has the things the blooms are attached to.Could there be seeds in there?

No, the Christmas Cactus and the Easter Cactus are different.

Westbrook, ME(Zone 5a)

CC - are you gonna share the seeds to your Easter cactus? I'd love to try a couple... hint, hiny :) I wonder how hard they'd be to get started...

I just picked up a couple more holiday cactuses at wally-world for $2 each. These seem to be one of the few house plants I haven't killed.... the other is Aloes - LOl!

Chariton, IA(Zone 5b)

It is easy for me to kill the cactus and aloe. I have a problem with over watering. My BIL from VA just brought me three more aloe plants and I potted them up and try really hard not to water them along with the other plants. So far, so good.

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

Yeah,I can send you some of the seeds...

I have no clue how to start them!

CC,
You can send the cactus when you like.

Thanks
