Here's an easy food processor version of Boursin which is a wonderful appetizer for crackers, celery, etc.
Boursin
1 large clove garlic
2 sprigs parsley
8 ounces cream cheese
1 stick butter (room temperature)
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. basil
Mix in food processor (or with electric mixer) until completely blended. Serve with an assortment of crackers.
