Chicken parts
1 Whole onion
1 stalk of celery with the leaves on
1 carrot
1 spring of fresh dill
salt to taste.
Cover shicken parts with water; Add onion, celery, carrot, salt to taste. Cook 1/2 hour. Add dill. Cook until chicken is done(about another half hour). Remove dill & chicken bones. Serve (preferably with Matzoh balls)
