Is there a particular kind you want? I think the fishing pole kind is growing a couple of miles from here. Feel sure I could get some of that.

I live in Mobile, Alabama. We beat it back on a regular basis. It's the tall, tall, go wild kind. I'm not sure if this is the time of year to dig it though, since we got so cold last night. Let me know - it's easy for me to get, it's right across the street from my house

Irish, I have some black bamboo in a pot that I could send you a start of. Email me if interested.
I think we need to wait til spring to dig this bamboo. It'll put out new shoots. DH and I ate some shoots one year, they were sooo good.

I want to thank everyone that I traded with and eveyone ealse that has offered bamboo to me now I have enough for now
