Thank you to all the Vets out there who gave up so much for so many.
Well we sure got a lightening show early this a.m. that I have not seen in a long time. It was 3 solid hours of very dangerous lightening. I have been up since 3 a.m. It was something to see.
This past weekend was great for us, we had so much fun in the boat. Yesterday evening we went boat riding to where our(ex) camp is. It was so nice to see what the folks have done to it since they bought it 5 years ago. We threw out the lines to fish, but no fish to be found. It was just fun to be out there. The marsh is so pretty at this time of the year. We saw a pair of Eagles, a couple of gators and lots of Egrets and Herons.
Mary, your trip to the lodge sounded beautiful!

Have a good day all, I'll leave you with a huge Heron I watched as he floated on a log. He finally caught a fish, it looked like a cat fish. Sure glad something caught a fish..
