EDW and thank you brugnanny & lisa

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

they must want to mate, both were open very first blooms this morning. EDW remind me of the white pearl X big i had, maybe a little bigger but about the same size only just 2 skirts. the stigma hangs down to the bottom of the flower, anthers are way up in side.
ms frannie, the CD is just wonderful! personalized with a pic of frannie, dee and myself on the front and the florida state line sign and my puppies on the back! can't wait to see everyone's places.

i forgot to say i got this from earl and i am so pleased it was the right plant!!!!!

I too got one from Earl. I was little and tried to die a couple of times, but it's been blooming like crazy for a few weeks. Yours looks great Arlene.

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

Arlene, That's a beautiful bloom. Pick out a nice pink daddy.

Angleton, TX(Zone 9a)

Arlene. . . I am so glad that you like the CD. I would have put a picture of Lisa on it but I did not have one of her at your place. You took the only one. I sure hope the pictures came up ok for you.

I agree put something pretty and pink on your EDW!

Arlene, she is really pretty. I love the way it has recurved with age. Pretty blooms and they appear to be lasting very well.

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

so Arlene, have you tried to pollinate these beautiful flowers????

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

they are sweet little things. as to pollen, i ended up trying to put kyle's pink but there wasn't much pollen there.

Grass Lake, MI(Zone 5a)

Good photo. Very pretty blooms Arlene!

Is this an Earl Hybrid or just one he renamed?

Newberry, FL(Zone 8B)

Glory, that is a good question. i have no idea. i don't think he took credit for hybridizing it.
