i think it would be nice if we tried to remember to put our member names inside our trade envelopes ,it makes it so much easier to mark off trades that way.any other ideas? i know trade tracker takes me forever[when you only type with 3 fingers[haha] happy gardening and trading friends

If you do many trades it's also good to write what the trade or postage is for.
We need to bring up this point at least once a year, we have soo many newbies everyday. I usually put my DH name after mine on the return address as well as inside. Here is an old thread that is helpful,

I haven't had the time to trade much lately, but when I was doing 300-400 trades a year, I made up special stationery. I used a business card template and set it up with my name, trade name and address on the front and "sending:___" and "expecting:___" on the back. I think it printed 10 per page. I let my kids cut them apart for me, then all I had to do was fill in what I was sending and expecting and stick it in the box or envelope. It sure did speed things up.
