Kyle, how's it going?

Kyle, thinking of you and your mom. Hope things are going ok for you, as well as can be expected. Hang in there.

My mother had surgery two days ago......removed gall bladder,1/3 of her colon,lymph nodes,and a lump in her breast.She is in a lot of pain,and won't be home for a while.They are talking chemo..but she won't take it..it would kill her quicker than the cancer.I'm about fried...I am tired, depressed and just about played out over all this.Tryin to keep it all in perspective.The cancer had spread....guess thats what happens if you never go for checkups.We live and learn.

kyle, I'm so sorry. Please rest and take a few minutes for yourself too, times like this can take all you have. still praying for your mom.

So sorry Kyle, watching your Mom suffer is just the worst, I know from experience.

Kyle, can you send your mom's hospital address. I'd like to send her a card.

You take care of yourself. We don't need you in there too. Renee had her surgery yesterday afternoon and is coming home tomorrow. I just about dropped my teeth when her husband told me that. Her age is working for her though and your mom's isn't. Hang in there.

As everyone above has said - cancer is a terrible thing. Do you have other family near to help you at this time?
