brugs wilting

The brugs do fine in water, after a big root ball grows I transplant to soil and then the plant begins to drop its leaves. What is up with this??? Help

Mine do this too.I think it's just the shock of being taken out of the water. Try taking all the big leaves off before planting in soil and keep it misted for a couple of days.
