Hi everyone. I am so glad that all this wonderful advice is filtering down. You are so right dieting need not, and actually must not (if you are to succeed) leave you feeling hungry. You must get away from the thought that food in quantity is bad. It is a phalacy that eating too much makes you fat. What makes you fat is overeating the foods that are bad for you. Organise your food for the day so that you eat less ,more often. Make room for snacks such as fruit or the occasional plain biscuit with a cup of tea (works for me) and as Pebble says drink plenty of fluids. I find pop is best as it is fizzy and bloats you up. Eventually by cutting down meal sizes your stomach will shrink and hunger will abate.
If you are feeling hungry today add an extra snack - then you are less likey to binge later on.

Dont feel though if you have a bad day - "to err is human :) just move right on!

Go for it girls - well done
