Sunny day today but snow forecast tomorrow and a heavy frost this morning. Supper's going to be a mixed vegetable curry from what I rescued from the garden this afternoon.
Have you all read my posting yesterday about setting how many calories you should have? I don't go along with the book 100% as I think there are some unhealthy ideas in there - not enough fat and the need to take vitamins - a healthy diet should provide enough vitamins! I also think it's unrealistic to expect an ardent meat eater to become a vegan overnight. It's a shame as, had he been a bit less extreme, it's a very good book with some very useful information in it. As it is, most people will leave it on the shelf.
