Bolton, Greater Manc, United Kingdom(Zone 8a)

hi all.It is a very damp start to bonfire night here in the UK but none of you will be celebrating. cant really think of a single thing that is particularly good for you, though I love chestnuts cooked in the oven, high in protein and I think relatively low in fat. Must keep away from the parkin, jacket potatoes, treacle toffee etc. You in the US will be celebrating Thanksgiving soon. When is that?

As you grow older, as I am sure most of you will know losing weight is hard. I would say BG that staying the same if fine too as long as you focus and keep a sharp watch on what you are eating.

Speak to you all later.
