WOW!!! If the color I'm seeing is true to life (sometimes it isn't---OLD computer/monitor) I'll trade you almost anything for a start of it. Wowsers!

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

Wow Hibiscus!! What a beautiful color. Is this your cross?

Hattiesburg, MS(Zone 8a)

Gloria......this is a beauty. Love the color and the shape of the bloom. I'm glad you have something blooming now. It sure was a long time coming, wasn't it?

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

Vancleave, MS(Zone 8b)

Very pretty. Almost delicate looking.

Co.Wicklow, Ireland(Zone 8b)

Well done Hibiscus! As the experienced hybridizers here say, Versicolors produce alot of white-flowered offspring....not only that but crossing pinks to yellows produce mostly whites too!

Kell..i think NH are haveing problems useing P&C as a mother, not as a father!

Thanks everyone. Was waiting for someone to tell me to try growing it in a BIGGER pot!

Karma-ht hybridized this one, she sent me the seedling this spring. All of hers' were white or nondescript, or not blooming yet. She says she will have to keep all of the seedlings......

San Leandro, CA(Zone 9b)

oh, how can you tell that Mr. Plantaholic?

Cedar Key, FL(Zone 9a)

I love the color and the shape....keep me in mind if you ever offer cuttings.......pppllleeeeaaassseee

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

LOL kell.

Co.Wicklow, Ireland(Zone 8b)

Kell: Because they say that none of P&C's seeds contain chlorophil. The seed bearer is always the mother!

(Zone 6a)

Gloria....don't forget to put me on your list for cuttings:) I will take the usual two:) LOL

Could we get a pic of the leaves too? How is the fragrance of this one?
