Hi all, yet another weigh in, they seem to come round faster. Magazines this end are full of diets advocating getting slim for christmas, just so you can put it all back on! seriously though after the last couple of weeks that I have had you guys have kept me going. This week yet again sees no change but I am full of motivation for this week. A new month and all that.
I think I need a aserious dettox this week. Woke up this morning feeling very headachy and tired. Usually find a change in diet and increased exercise works wonders. I'll remember the fluids too pebble.
