Green House Brug Care???

Vancleave, MS(Zone 8b)

Are there any tips i need to know about keeping my brugs in a green house? This is the first time I have done it. I sprayed all of them with Malathion before they went inside and water and fertilized good. I aslo gave them a dose of time released fertilizer and Ironite. They are going to be pretty well crammed in there as you can see from the photo and I still have 50 1 gal. pots to go in. It will stay open until we get some really cold weather. Is there anything I need to know. Thanks Donna

Looks great. Hope you don't need a bigger one by next year. Well...........bet you will be thinking about a bigger one anyway. The longer you are here, the more brugs you will get. I had to set up shop in the basement this year because of having so many, and I only keep cuttings in the house. Do have a few big ones in the garage that have gone dormant. You are lucky to live in a warmer climate. At least you won't be in a frozen state for months like we are here. Burrrrrr!! It gets nasty. Have fun with the greenhouse and watch for bugs. That would be my best advice.

Kell it is 9' x 8' x 7'. Yes hubbie and I made the shelves Saturday. Putting it together is definately a 2 person job and 3 would be even better. Getting the plastic on was a night mare for 2 people. You really need 4 LOL. Just teasing. It wasn't bad putting it together. Only getting the one solid piece of plastic on was a little problem with only 2 people.
