Moonshine?

Woodsville, NH(Zone 4a)

I've decided to name this seedling from Eric's cross Moonshine. Please let me know if you have heard of any other Brug with this name before I post it in the PDB. I was going to name it Moonbeam but saw in a past post that Owen was going to name one of his seedlings Moonbeam U. Wish there was a list of the names of the new seedlings this year or if they are posted in the PDB that would be a help also.Thanks.

It sure is pretty. I've not heard of a brug named Moonshine, but have heard of something else by that name. :-) Don't think it smells as good either. Getting stupid here....I think I'm having brug withdrawal.

snow that is a very pretty flower. eclipse either named one moonshine or decided not to name it moonshine, can't remember, has been a while. think he decided on something besides moonshine?

Lima, OH(Zone 5a)

I like it. Good name for it. Do not know for sure if name has been taken?

(Zone 6a)

Snow....go ahead and use Moonbeam if you want to. I decided to get rid of that one, so the name is not in use by me now.

I like it snow. I agree, if we decide to name something, put it in the database. We've built one of the most informative databases on brugs on the web. It's up to us to make sure things are listed. Go_vols is going to add another option for us to fill in a bit later. Whether the leaves are smooth edged or serrated. That will help.

Arlene, Thanks for the info. You were right. After looking at past posts from Kyle I found he did name one Moonshine.
Owen, Thanks. I think I will name it my first choice since you didn't use the name. :)
tiG, It would make it so much easier for naming Brugs if they were in the database. That's great news about the leaf shape. Glad Go Vols will add that option.
OK everyone, meet Moonbeam.

like it too good name

I like the name too. Either would have been good, but Moonbeam fits well. Just in case anyone is wondering, Monika is having computer problems and can't seem to post right now. She believes it has something to do with upgrading Windows yesterday. I'm sure she will get here as soon as she can. She can read the posts, just can't comment. Hope you get here soon Monika.

Grass Lake, MI(Zone 5a)

I agree, the name is most fitting. Beautiful!

Moonshine is better stored in a jug anyway:)

Deep South Coastal, TX(Zone 10a)

Owen, is that what you use in your cake recipe?

(Zone 6a)

Yep,... that's the secret ingredient:) LOL
