had to repost this picture, in case he only is on for a few minutes again. Eric, I love this, it smells divine. She's inside. Did you do any Whiskers x Butterfly crosses??? just wondering what you might think this is. and thank you again.
Ga Peach for Eric
Love EK-14, like them because bottom is spread and long tendrils. Have never really liked Ecuador Pink types, because of the bottom folding up. Just my opinion.
that's one thing I love about brugs. they are all different, and there's something that will please everyone. Have only met a couple I wasn't wild about:)
i love the way the way the skirts recurves. very lovely tiG!
Georgia Peach is pretty.
They are beautiful tig.
Oh gosh, what to do, what to do. There are so many new and beautiful crosses this year. Wish I had them all, but we all know that isn't possible. Beautiful brugs Bonnie.
I love that georgia peach!
wasn't trying to rub it in again:) Eric popped by today and I want him to see these. GP is blooming inside and it's just wonderful.
It is just wonderful tiG.....great word for it!!
Tig,
You can rest assured I am going to be trying to log onto a computer with a better graphics card/driver as soon as possible...most likely around 1 pm tig time as the basic shape of these hybrids look promising to me. Thanks for posting these for me to see. Great photography from what little I can make out. I have to admit I am dieing to see these in a much better resolution.
eric, would it be better to wait until spring to send you anything besides pictures? you need to make sure you have my email addy in case your address changes.
Erick
you sent me #165 but i don't think it's a Dr.D right?
L
Tig,
I would die to see what ever you have. I think I'm just a worry wart sometimes.
Larry,
If I only sent you one numbered one my bet it was Dr.D, but I honestly can't recall and much of my hybridizing notes are in storage right now. That sequence was all from the same cross though so chances are it looks very similar. The genetic makeup would be the same though. I do know that someone e-mailed me stating they had recieved a numbered hybrid from you that was hybridized by me and that was a Dr.D that they recieved. I'm thinking the name was Paul? At any rate, I think this individual was getting a Rothkirch in the very near future...of course my memory isn't always the best. I have learned one very valuable lesson here though. Always take photo's of each and every flower from any cross one gives out as well as photo's of the leaf characteristics at different times as some traits seem to come and go with some crosses.
Edited to add...I have to admit, I do like that hybrid Tig. I can't wait to see what you create with this one. Something stunning I am sure. How long did this one take to bloom from seed?

Thats a picture of Dr.D. Hope it helps you out a little bit.
Eric, i am blessed to get a nice start of Dr.D, could hardly wait for it to bloom here in desert next year. that is a BEAUTY!!! btw... i love the fragrance of another hybrid u've created 'Eric's White hybrid'.
question? is 'Eric's White Hybrid' the same as "Eric's Fragrant White'??? name sounds the same, but would the plants be the same too?
edited to add close up view of "Eric's White Hybrid" ... http://davesgarden.com/t/364274/, unfortunately, i do not have photo of "Eric's Fragrant White"
