Gloria's peach

The peach started to bud once before and something made the buds fall off. It has budded again and all the buds are standing straight up instead of hanging down. Is this the way peach does?

What you have is Versicolor Peach and they will hang down as they get larger.

Thanks Gloria, It sure looks good with the pods standing at attention. It is the only one that I noticed doing that. I sure hope it blooms before the cold gets here.

My Ecuador Pink does this too!
