well, I lost that one pound I gained over the weekend, I had better send gerddi a note and tell her not to increase my weight by one pound..boy that sure is demoralizing to find you have gained backa pound even though you (thought) were being good.....

I have been able to increase my water to bottles a day....
had cereal for breakfast, and made a tuna salad for lunch.
I dont know what I'll have for dinner, maybe just soup.
