I'm generally an early riser, so I hope no one minds if I start the thread.Yesterday, my 1st day, I ate healthily all day.What pleased me most was that I didn't drink beer all evening as I usually do.I can't give it up yet, so I am going to limit it to one evening each week.I haven't weighed myself yet......can't bring myself to....I get depressed when I see how much I have gained since last July when I quit smoking.I went to the gym yesterday and walked on the treadmill for 35 minutes.It's the sort that works out how many calories you've used up, and it was over 200.I'm hoping to go every week day.What bugs me most is my clothes....all I wear are elasticated pants and men's Tee shirts.Oh well....lots to do and thanks for making me so welcome.
