bruggies are dropping leaves......

Lake Toxaway, NC(Zone 7a)

I potted my bruggies and brought them in. One is in the dining room, on the table and is almost touching the ceiling and the other 2 are in the basement of the county's mansion that they use for all kinds of activities. The one in the house is losing leaves like crazy. I had hoped to see it bloom. It is a first-year cutting. It never yd but it has a few small buds.

It's normal for them to drop their leaves. I have a bunch of naked brugs in the house too.

Thanks. It's about 5 feet tall and I keep hearing leaves go "flop" as I sit here. Do I need to cut it back any? Thank you so much for responding so quickly, poppysue

Donīt cut !!!
In twigs is sleeping power......

In spring you can take away the dead twigs.

No, don't cut it. When it adjusts to the different light that it's getting inside, it will grow new leaves. This is normal, even the ones I brought into the Jungle House are losing a few leaves. It's just their reaction to reduced light and humidity.
