The weather is certainly changing here. A cold wind is blowing and the wood fire feels good. My little rat terrier is almost glued to it. He usually cuddles with me the second I sit down, but now the stove feels better.

We still have some grass here, but it won't be long until it time to feed out hay.
I had almost no walnuts this year. The first year since I moved to this farm that I haven't had plenty to even share with others. So my friends say that I can come and pick up some at thier house on Sunday.

My husband is sitting with a very sick friend to give his wife a break. He said he would be home in an hour or so and is bringing home some pizza.
