G'morning yall. Yesterday was a very interesting day. We traveled about 120 miles to pick up a buck for my does. Needless to say, this is the smelliest animal I think I've been around. He is quite a looker, very flashy. But boy...PEEEEEUUUUUU!!! He has been in rut for a couple of weeks now and was smellin' ripe. It seems I can still smell him sitting here...lol you can't get the smell out of your nostrils. He was very skinny, not to lack of eating, but because he was "busy". He is also stained yellow with urine instead of being white. I sure hope my does throw some flashy babies! Here is the big guy:
