oh yuck at 5 a.m.

Victoria, TX(Zone 9b)

Furball has a way of waking me up SOOOO early. This morning, I think she fought off her first hairball. Those of you with cats - it sounded like a nasty partly coughing noise, partly a gagging noise. She laid back down, sat up again, and made that ickie noise for probably 3 minutes, then laid back down. I waited to hear it again all morning before work, and since I didn't, I assumed that's what the problem is. I can't justify a trip to the vet over an ickie noise I only hear once.

Is that what a hairball fight sounds like? ewwww....

thanks in advance,
-Jennifer

ps she seemed just happy as can be before I left work, playing and chasing her ball around the apartment ....
